Positive: The house was great so big. When we walked in the house it smelled amazing.
Negative: Parking wasn't great. As the people either side didn't give us alot of room to get out.

Nice spacious house
Positive: Good communication with the owner. Nice, spacious house with lovely sleeping rooms. Perfect for combining a short holiday in Southend-at-sea and London (by train).
Negative: An extra toilet downstairs would be nice.
